Welcome to the 2022/2023 NCCP Refresher

Cape and Islands EMS is pleased to announce our 2023 NCCP Online Refresher Course. This course is completely online and is available from March 1st-31st, 2023.

Both Paramedics and EMTs are authorized to take this course and receive credit. Paramedics will receive all 30 hours required for their refresher and EMTs will receive their required 20 hours for refresher as well as an additional 10 hours that can be used for their local or individual hourly requirements.

We have been fortunate to team with Tufts Medical Center as well as other noted healthcare providers to bring you some of the best quality content for your refresher experience.

Enrollment is available to all Providers that have an account on CapeCodEMS.com. Simply go to the courses link of the left side of your page and click on the “NCCP Refresher Programs” tab. Once there, click on the link for the NCCP Remote Refresher Program Registration and follow the prompts. You will then find all the required courses listed under the NCCP Remote program listed under “My Current Courses”. That’s it. Once you have completed all 10 courses, you will receive your certificate of completion for your NCCP Program.

If you need to make up courses from prior NCCP  programs, please contact the office at (508)771-4510 and we will be able to enroll you into individual courses.

We all want to be the best Providers that we can be for our patients. Our goal is to provide everyone with the highest quality training and do it in the most convenient and cost effective way possible. As always, if you have any suggestions, questions, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know.
